First, keep in mind that the customer almost invariably gets your correct name and address in the process. What you should probably do if you want to receive merchandise is get a UPS private mailbox where you can receive mail in your character's name. My own wishlist is an Amazon wishlist with only a gift certificate on it, so I receive an email for that and nothing more.

Next you need to make your wishlist. Follow the instructions on the website of the company that you will be using. Amazon gives you the option of emailing your wishlist to friends. What you need to do is email it to yourself, which will give you the public link. Your private editing link won't work for anyone else. Other sites should give you a method of getting your wishlist to another person, or may even give you a link code.

If you have a custom wishlist button, you can use that instead of the words "My wishlist" by using the following code:

You can use this wishlist image (which has my Niteflirt account name on it - making it free advertising for me) however you wish. (Right-click/Save As...) You can use it until you get your own custom button set up somewhere. You can even hotlink to it for the time being if you wish. (Right-click/Save Link as...) I can't guarantee I'll leave it up forever, so you should plan on eventually changing to one of your own. Just don't edit it.
