The Niteflirt live Customer Service number used to be 1-877-527-2655. Unfortunately they have discontinued live phone support. The recommended way to contact them for support now is by clicking the HELP tab at the top of any site page, then the Customer Support link at the bottom of the page.
Try to be as specific as possible about your problem. It is probably best to submit separate forms for multiple issues.
They have put a voicemail system on that former live customer support phone number. So if you call, you can leave a message. Try to be as complete as possible, including your membername and telephone number, in case they need to call you to speak with you.
If you are a flirt, you can then go to the forums to see if other girls have been complaining about the same issue you are having. Look back a page or two and read the thread titles. If it’s been posted in the past few hours, there is no need to start a new thread. Add your post to the existing thread.
If it’s been going on for months, try using the search box to see how other girls have solved it.
Sometimes a customer service person responds or follows up with a status on items that are being investigated. Stop back in once in a while to see if there has been some kind of response on how they are doing.
Customer Support does not respond to issues which have been discussed at length in the forum and involve flirts not understanding how to use the system. They will not walk anybody through learning how to do something. If you mix legitimate issues with incoherent rants, they won’t read it.
I had a callbutton to help flirts with html issues, but I started getting calls from Niteflirt customers who were looking for some replacement for Niteflirt Customer Support. As much as I would like to help everybody and make money from calls, I can’t do much more than offer sage advice or do a Customer Service roleplay, which might not be all that helpful. Since I was charging not very much money for that line, I wasn’t making much anyway. So I removed the callbutton.
I certainly hope Niteflirt finds a way to respond to customer service issues satisfactorily, so people stop coming to this site out of sheer desperation.
