Frames are transparent .gifs. That means that the center section is transparent, while the part outside the frame is white and will cover the part of your photo that would otherwise show outside the frame.
You can use your photo as the background in a single-cell table and the frame as the table cell content, so no image work is necessary if you have an photo the right size.
These two are free for the taking. Just right-click and save, then upload to your image host or Niteflirt to use.

To use Paintshop Pro to layer the frame onto an image, open both the photo and the frame as separate images. Crop and/or resize the photo so the face will display through the window. Then copy the frame and paste it into the photo as a new layer. Save as a .psp file, then if you’re satisfied, save again as a .jpg file. Your image is ready to use.

Frames come with a white background, but any solid color background can be added to make them blend into your page at no extra cost for the time being.
The rectangular shaped frame is ideal for displaying a 320×240 size video.
